Using it
How to wear the binder
Wrap it around the torso, fasten it at the front, and adjust the tension. Supportive, not tight.

Wrap it around the natural waist
The binder should sit across the lower abdomen and the lower back, centred on the natural waist. Do not pull it up over the ribs or down over the hips.

Fasten it at the front
The hook-and-loop closure runs the full width. Fasten it at the tension that feels supportive, not compressed. You should be able to breathe normally and slide a finger under the edge.

Wear it during activity
This is for movement, not for rest. Take it off when you are sitting or lying down for a long period.

Wash it by hand
The elastic knit lasts longer when it is hand washed in cool water and air dried. Do not put it in a machine or a dryer.
