These Terms & Conditions govern your use of averunecareessentials.com and any purchase you make through it. The site is operated by Pure Serenity Shop LLC, doing business as Averune Care Essentials, 4555 E 3rd St Ste 7 PMB 109, Los Angeles, CA 90022. By placing an order you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Who may order
This website is intended for adults. Customers under 18 years of age may not place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the payment method used belongs to you, or is used with the account holder’s permission.
2. Products we sell
We sell sixteen products across three categories: reusable hot and cold therapy, compression supports and braces, and first aid. Nothing here is ingested and nothing here is electronic. This is a general support or comfort product. It is not a medical device, it contains no electronics, and it is not supplied for clinical use.
Braces, sleeves and belts here provide compression and positional support for everyday activity. They do not diagnose, treat, or cure any injury or condition, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
Nothing on this website is medical advice. Averune sells hot and cold therapy, compression supports and first aid supplies, and no product here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional about pain that persists, about an injury, and before relying on any item here for a health need.
3. Prices and the complete price list
All prices are stated in United States dollars. The price shown on a product page is the price charged at checkout. We do not show comparison or reference prices, we do not apply automatic discounts, and we do not add fees at the final step. Prices may change over time, but the price in effect when you place an order is the price you pay for that order.
The table below is the complete price list for every purchase option we offer — sixteen options across the sixteen products. It is generated from the same catalog that prices the cart and the checkout, so the figures here and the figure charged to your card cannot differ.

Size and cover-colour choices on the therapy wrap do not change the price. Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping address and added to the totals above.

4. One-time payment, no subscription
Every order on this website is a single one-time payment for the items in your cart. There is no subscription, no auto-enrollment, no recurring billing, and no future shipment of any kind.
Your card is charged once, when you place the order, for the total shown on the checkout page. There is no membership, no trial, no auto-renewal, no auto-reorder and no stored future billing. By ticking the agreement box at checkout you authorize Pure Serenity Shop LLC to charge your card that single displayed total, including any applicable sales tax.
5. Payment and billing descriptor
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Your card statement will show the charge as AveruneCareEssentials..
If you do not recognise a charge on your statement, please contact us at 877-634-1410 or support@averunecareessentials.com before disputing it with your bank. We can identify the order and resolve it faster than a chargeback can.
6. Shipping
Standard ground shipping is included in the listed price of every order. There is no separate delivery charge and no minimum order value. Orders are accepted and shipped within the United States only. We cannot ship to addresses outside the United States and we cannot ship to freight forwarders.
Orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days and typically arrive 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. All orders ship from 5071 Ball Rd #4026, Cypress, CA 90630. Full detail is on the Shipping Policy page.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date your order was received. The window runs from the date the order was received, not the date it was ordered or dispatched. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
For health and safety reasons, opened first aid kits and used dressings cannot be returned. The complete procedure, including what can and cannot be returned, is on the Refund Policy page. Authorized returns travel to 5071 Ball Rd #4026, Cypress, CA 90630.
8. Product descriptions and correct use
We describe every product as accurately as we can, including quantities, dimensions, materials and what is supplied. Screen colours vary between displays, and minor colour variation in the wrap cover is not a defect — though it is covered by the standard return window if you are not satisfied.
Follow the instructions supplied with each product and shown on its product page. Do not exceed the wear time given for a support, and do not warm a gel insert in one long burst, in an oven, in boiling water or on a stovetop. Do not apply a heated or chilled pack directly to bare skin.
9. Text messages and email
Opting into text messages or the email newsletter is entirely separate from placing an order, and consent to marketing messages is never a condition of purchase. The categories, message frequency and cancellation instructions are set out on the Subscribe page. Reply STOP to any text message to cancel, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
10. Privacy
Personal information will not be shared with Third Parties. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the liability of Pure Serenity Shop LLC in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
