About this product
A breathable neoprene brace with an adjustable hook-and-loop strap and a thumb slot that keeps the brace from sliding. It is designed for general wrist support during activity — typing, lifting, sports, anything that puts repetitive load through the wrist joint — rather than as a treatment for a specific condition.

How to wear the brace
Snug, not tight. If your fingers go numb or your hand goes cold, it is too tight.

Slip it on thumb first
The thumb slot goes over your thumb first, then the rest of the brace wraps around the wrist. The strap should sit over the wrist joint, not below it.

Tighten until it is snug
You should feel gentle support, not compression. If the brace is so tight that your fingers tingle or your hand goes pale, loosen it.

Wear it during activity, not at rest
This is for typing, lifting, sports or anything repetitive. Take it off when you are resting or sleeping.

Wash it by hand
