About this product
Two elbow compression sleeves in a breathable four-way stretch knit, with graduated compression that is firmer at the joint and lighter at the edges. The graduation is what distinguishes a compression sleeve from a tight tube: it is meant to support the joint without cutting off circulation.
The knit breathes, so it can be worn during activity without overheating. A two-pack because sleeves lose their elasticity over months of use, and buying a spare is cheaper than replacing a single sleeve when the old one has gone slack.

How to wear the sleeves
Slide them on like a regular sleeve. The graduated compression does the work; you do not need to tighten anything.

Roll it on, do not pull
Gather the sleeve into a ring and roll it up the arm rather than pulling it on like a sock. Rolling avoids twisting the knit and keeps the graduated zones where they should be.

The top edge should sit above the elbow
The sleeve covers the elbow joint and a few inches above and below. If it rides up or down during activity, the size is wrong.

Take them off for rest and sleep
Compression garments are for activity. Your body needs unrestricted circulation when you are resting.

Replace them when they go slack
Compression depends on elasticity. When the sleeve no longer feels firm at the joint, it is time for the spare. That is the point of the two-pack.
