About this product
A contoured knee brace with a cut-out over the patella that lets the kneecap move naturally while the surrounding structure is supported. Two adjustable straps — one above and one below the joint — let you tune the tension without cutting off circulation.
The brace is breathable neoprene with a perforated panel on the back of the knee so it does not get clammy. It is designed for general support during walking, hiking, sports or anything that loads the knee joint, not as a treatment for a specific condition.

How to wear the brace
Centre the patella opening over the kneecap, then adjust the straps. Snug, not tight.

Centre the opening over the kneecap
The cut-out should sit directly over the patella. If it rides to one side, the brace is twisted or the wrong size.

Adjust the straps from the top down
Fasten the upper strap first, then the lower one. Both should be snug enough to feel support but not so tight that the skin goes white or the joint cannot bend.

You should still be able to bend the knee
A brace that prevents you from bending the knee is either the wrong size or tightened too far. You should be able to walk and climb stairs normally.

Take it off to rest and sleep
Support during activity, not at rest. Your joint needs unrestricted circulation when you are still.
