About this product
Four gel packs in a set: two standard and two large, each with its own fabric sleeve. Having four means you can keep one warming and one cooling while the other two are in the microwave or the freezer, which is the reason to buy the set rather than a single pack.

Using it
How to use the set
Four packs is a rotation rather than a stockpile. The rules are the same as the single pack, applied to four items.

Keep the sleeves on
Every pack has its own sleeve. Never apply the gel directly to bare skin, warm or cold.

Rotate through the four
While one is in use, one can be warming and one cooling. The fourth is your spare for when one is left on a bedside table overnight.

Warm in 30-second steps
Knead between steps. Never more than 90 seconds total, and never in an oven or boiling water.

Twenty minutes per session
Then at least 20 minutes rest. If it feels too hot or too cold through the sleeve, take it off.

Why four rather than two?

Yes, and they stay pliable. The freezer is the right place for cold use.
